eClerx Services Ltd., a specialized company in process management, automation, and analytics listed on the Mumbai and National Stock Exchanges of India, has appointed Srinivasan Nadadhur as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he will oversee financial operations, compliance, risk management, and the development of organic and inorganic strategies.
Srinivasan Nadadhur has been associated with eClerx since 2009 and previously led the delivery for the company’s rapidly growing Financial Markets business. With over two decades of industry experience, he has worked with leading financial services technology and operations organizations in India and Singapore throughout his career.
Anjan Malik, Co-Founder of eClerx, expressed confidence in Nadadhur’s ability, stating, “During his over a decade with the firm, Srini has overseen various aspects of our increasingly complex Financial Markets business, and that business has nearly doubled since he took over its operational leadership seven years ago.
